Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. We may decline an order if a design infringes third-party rights or breaches these terms.
You confirm that any artwork, text or imagery you upload is yours to use, or that you have permission to use it. We're not liable for content you supply.
Prices shown include the unit cost only unless stated otherwise. Shipping and tax are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken at the point of order.
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind returns. This applies to custom products, ready-made products and Sample Packs. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, the affected quantity and clear photos. Do not return anything until we confirm the return instructions. This policy does not affect mandatory cancellation rights or other remedies available under applicable consumer law.
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud or for anything that can't be limited under applicable law.
