How long does production take?+
Production runs 5–7 business days from the moment a design is approved. Shipping is on top.
What's the minimum order?+
50 units. Smaller test runs go through the Sample Pack instead, which has no minimum.
Which file formats can I upload?+
PNG, JPG and SVG. SVG is preferred for logos and crisp edges. We'll review every file before printing.
Can I choose a custom scent?+
We offer six signature scents in the editor. Custom scent blends are available on B2B orders — please contact us.
Are double-sided designs supported?+
Yes. The editor previews the front; we mirror the design to the back unless you upload a separate file.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. Shipping rates and durations are confirmed at checkout based on destination.
