Your custom air fresheners are made to order. Standard delivery takes approximately 3–4 weeks from design approval to delivery, including production and shipping.
Choose Rush at checkout for estimated delivery 5–7 calendar days sooner than Standard. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Sample Packs skip custom production and typically arrive in 1–2 weeks.

We ship from China via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and EMS international carriers. Tracking numbers are provided automatically once your order is dispatched.
The Duration column reflects courier transit after dispatch only; it does not include custom production time.
Current availability: Shipping is currently available to the UK and contiguous US states except Washington. Other countries are coming soon. US shipping is charged in full at checkout.
Sample Packs contain 40 Classic Heart air fresheners across up to 5 scents at a flat product price plus shipping. Sample Pack shipping is available only in markets marked above.
Customs and import duties for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare orders accurately on the customs form.
Damaged in transit? Contact us within 30 days of delivery. If tracking is stalled or shows delivered but the parcel is missing, contact us promptly.
