What we collect
Account details (name, email), shipping address, order history, design files you upload, and standard analytics on how the site is used.
Why we collect it
To produce and ship the orders you place, to support you afterwards, and to understand how to improve the product.
How we store it
Customer data lives in our database with role-based access. Design assets are stored on encrypted object storage. Payment data is handled by our payment provider — we never see card numbers.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to update it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@aromaroads.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you logged in and to remember your cart. We don't sell behavioural data to third parties.
